Ten very spirited Pure members had a most energy-provoking date with our Personal Trainer Michael Fung, who was prepped to grill and drill the participants with highly effective exercises that anyone could use with the kettlebell.
Fist tightly on the functional training tool - that could easily double as a funky kitchen accessory aesthetically speaking - Michael led the workshop with basic move combos that simultaneously engaged the entire body. Correcting their postures and positions along the way, participants became equipped with the tips and familiar with the benefits of repeating the exercises properly.
It was 60 minutes of pride and glory for all 10 participants who swung, 'dynamited' and endured the gruelling yet gratifying workshop. Well done! |
