3. Only new joins who successfully sign a minimum 12-month PURE contract will qualify as a referral.
4. Existing PURE Cardholder will receive a $100 PURE Gift Certificate for every referral who joins PURE at retail rate.
5. Only pre-registered referrals collected from agreement or referral forms are eligible for this promotion.
6. A minimum of 5 friends must be successfully referred to qualify for top referrer prize.
7. In the event of more than one PURE Cardholder having the same (highest) number of successfully referred new joins, the prize(s) shall go to the Cardholder(s) with the earliest submission dates and times of their last successful referred new join.
