When it comes to improving one’s health and fitness, the single, most impactful decision to make is finding and working with a great coach and partner. Helping others achieve their personal best, exceed their expectations and deliver on our lifestyle promise is our source of greatest pride. Fully qualified and experienced staff with great understanding of Exercise Science and effective Coaching techniques. Our Personal Trainers are continually learning through a wide variety of training courses and methods, bringing the best global instructors to Asia exclusively for our team.
Experienced fighters who all devote time to being both competitor and coach. Our Kickboxing and Boxing Coaches deliver fitness-focused fighting skills in purpose-built training zones.
While all of our Personal Trainers are versed in stretching principles, our Private Stretch team undergoes additional training to improve mobility and flexibility with specialised skills and methods. 
Our Senior PT team can consist of any Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Coach or Private Stretch Specialist. They have shown longstanding success and experience in their profession that makes them highly sought-after fitness leaders at Pure Fitness.
