Growing up as an athlete, Perry has always been very keen in sports. Like many of his friends, he started lifting weights in college, and fell in love with weight training and fitness instantly. Now he trains 5 to 6 times per week and participates in various sports to maintain his physique. With over 3 years of personal training background and a highly motivational training style, he is confident about delivering clients' desired results safely and effectively.
