At a young age, Matthew already had a regular exercise routine. He was athletic and a member of the gymnastics team whilst studying. With such passion for sports so early on, he naturally decided to make a career of it. As a Personal Trainer since 2013, Matthew enjoys the sense of accomplishment whenever he helps someone achieve a better body shape and become more confident.
