Ever wondered how incorporating Kettlebell-based exercises can greatly elevate your workout regimen? Kettlebells are great for strength, flexibility and cardio training. Join Maxx as he seeks to demystify the common misconceptions of Kettlebell training.


This workshop will cover the benefits and science of using the Kettlebell for both functional and competitive training, suitable for men and women of all levels. Participants will be taught the safe and effective methods of using the Kettlebell to achieve a dynamic full body workout, leveraging on the key concepts of pushing, pulling and swinging. Additionally, what you learn from this workshop can also be fully incorporated into your workout sessions, giving you a more holistic training to facilitate your goals of building muscles, improving your flexibility, or weight loss.

About Maxx Kang 


Maxx’s passion for sports started when he was young and competing in track and field, basketball, badminton and volleyball. Thereafter, he took a serious interest in bodybuilding and has been active in it since 2013. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in both dieting and training, Maxx will utilise a holistic approach to health and fitness by providing guidance not only in the area of training but also on lifestyle and most importantly, diet.
