Vincent took his very first BODYCOMBAT class back in 2012 and the captivating energy he felt was something he will never forget. He became so passionate about the workout programme that he trained to become an instructor the following year. Ever eager to challenge himself, he has since trained in BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, TRX, and yoga. Vincent aspires to bring joy and fun to his classes while motivating all participants to keep pushing their fitness limits.

Apart from studio group-exercise, Vincent enjoys sports that bring him closer to nature, such as hiking, scuba-diving, and snowboarding. He has also dabbled in extreme sports like paragliding, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wakesurfing, which allows him to think of himself as a bit of a thrill seeker.

• Les Mills certified in: BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP
• TRX Certified Instructor
• 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training with Yogananth Andiappan, 2020
