Reservation for Group Classes can be made up to 2 days in advance of the class date. Both phone and online reservations will begin at 9am daily and will be closed 2 hours before the start of class.

Can I visit a PURE Yoga studio if I'm a PURE Fitness Cardholder and vice versa?
All PURE Cardholders* are welcome to visit other PURE locations outside of their home location or region with the following drop-in day rates (subject to availability) upon presenting their PURE digital card at check-in:
*Cardholders refer only to active PURE contract holders; benefits do not extend to drop-in visitors and expired contract holders.
- Hong Kong locations HK$175 per visit
- Shanghai locations ¥175 per visit
- Singapore locations S$26.75 w/GST per visit

If I'm not a PURE Cardholder and am travelling, can I visit PURE locations?
Non-PURE Cardholders are welcome to visit any PURE location in Asia with the following drop-in day rates (subject to availability):
- Hong Kong locations HK$350 per visit
- Shanghai locations ¥350 per visit
- Singapore locations S$53.50 w/GST per visit

Booking Class(es)
How do I register for an online account?
You will be given an account with your indicated email address upon the activation of your PURE contract. Please login with your email and set a new password in your first login. This account should be used for both the PURE 360 Lifestyle app and website bookings.
Can I queue up in person if the class I want is full?
You can always queue in person if the class shows "Try Standby" status. Below are the class status indicators that you will see in the app:
"Book" - Booking is available.
"Full" - No booking and no spaces available even for Standby.
"Waitlist" - You are on the waitlist. Our system will inform you if you have been moved off the waitlist and you can book via the app.
"Try Standby" - Advance booking is not available, but there are spaces that you can queue for in person at the PURE location.
"Book" - Booking is available.

How can I check my booking/visit history?
You can view it with our 360 app by clicking the "Book" button, then "My bookings/Visit History". Or simply click this link via your mobile: pure360lifestyle://my_bookings
Is there a penalty if I miss my class(es)?
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the pre-booked classes, please cancel the class 4 hours in advance and we will release your spot to other Cardholders on waitlist.
A total 3 or more "Late-cancel"or "No-show" over 30 consecutive days will result in:

A total 3 or more "Late-cancel"or "No-show" over 30 consecutive days will result in:
- Booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for the first occurence; thereafter, advance booking will not be allowed for one month
- You will be restricted to in-person queuing on Standby 30 minutes before class
Can I book classes outside of my home PURE location or region?
Your booking privileges align with the terms that are outline in you PURE contract. If you would like to extend/change the booking to other locations/countries, please feel free to "Contact Us".
What if I forget my username/password?
Via website at here: choose the region, click the "Sign in" button, then "Need password?" in the pop-up message Via PURE 360 Lifestyle app: Click "Forgot password" on the main screen without logging in to your account
