In accordance with the HKSAR Government’s mandatory closure period for fitness centres, yoga studios and other facilities – all PURE Yoga and PURE Fitness Hong Kong locations are currently closed until further notice.

During the closure period, each location will undergo a thorough, deep cleaning process and we will repeat this before re-opening.

Confirmed cases of PURE Cardholders testing positive for COVID-19

We wish each one of them a speedy recovery.

Following our information on (Thursday) 23 July about a PURE Yoga Grand Century Place Cardholder testing positive for COVID-19 (Case #2157, details below), we’ve received some additional information that we’d like to share.

There were two other family members (females) who live with the affected Cardholder. All three of them attended classes only at PURE Yoga Grand Century Place.

All classes attended by all three family members (listed below) were taught by the same teacher, who has tested negative.

For Cardholders who checked in around the same times, we’d like to assure you of the utmost hygiene and safety at all our locations but recommend that you take a precautionary COVID-19 test if you’re experiencing any symptoms. 

Case #Unknown Yet – Family member # 2 (53-year-old female) has tested positive. Her visits are listed below, she attended the same classes as family member #1 above (Case #2157) and one additional class* on 10 July

  • 14 July - checked in at 06:34. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30
  • 12 July - checked in at 08:49. Ashtanga Mysore class 09.00 – 11.00
  • *10 July – checked in at 06:38. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30
  • 8 July - checked in at 06:33. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30; Yin class 09.05 – 10.20
  • 5 July - checked in at 08:49. Ashtanga Mysore class 09.00 – 11.00, Yin class 11.20 – 12.35

Case #2393 – Family member #3 (63-year-old female) has tested positive. Her visits are listed below.

  • 14 July - checked in at 06:44. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30
  • 12 July - checked in at 9:04. Ashtanga Mysore class 09.00 – 11.00
  • 10 July – checked in at 06:59. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30

The first symptoms reported by any of the family members was 18 July – 4 days after the closure of our locations 

We want to reassure you that none of the other attendees of any of these classes have reported any symptoms since the final attendance (14 July). 
We are committed to provide further information as soon as we receive them.

Case #2157 – communicated on Thursday, 23 July 2020

PURE Cardholder (46-year-old female) tested positive for COVID-19 on 23 July.

The Cardholder started to feel unwell on 18 July, did a test on 21 July and was confirmed positive on 23 July. Her visits since 3 July were all at PURE Yoga Grand Century Place only. They are listed below and were all taught by the same teacher:

  • 14 July - checked in at 06:34. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30
  • 12 July - checked in at 08:55. Ashtanga Mysore class 09.00 – 11.00
  • 8 July - checked in at 06:46. Ashtanga Mysore class 06.30 – 08.30; Yin class 09.05 – 10.20
  • 5 July - checked in at 08:55. Ashtanga Mysore class 09.00 – 11.00, Yin class 11.20 – 12.35

We confirm that the Yoga teacher who taught ALL classes related to this case has tested negative 

These immediate steps have been taken to safeguard our community.

  • PURE Yoga Grand Century Place is being deep-cleaned and disinfected by professional organisation, Electro Hygiene Solution Limited (EHS)
  • The front-line team working at PURE Yoga Grand Century Place are being tested for COVID-19 (none of the team have any symptoms)

Case #1848 – communicated on Sunday, 19 July 2020

PURE Cardholder (24-year-old female) tested positive for COVID-19 on 18 July.

Since 1 July, she had only one visit to PURE as below:

  • 12 July - Checked in to PURE Yoga Langham Place Office Tower at 08:01 and attended a Group Private class

For Cardholders who checked in around the same time as the affected Cardholder, we’d like to assure you of the utmost hygiene and safety at all our locations but recommend that you take a precautionary COVID-19 test if you’re experiencing any symptoms. 

PURE Yoga Langham Place has been deep-cleaned and disinfected by professional organisation, Electro Hygiene Solution Limited (EHS)

We’re pleased to report that the teacher, staff and all students in this case have tested negative.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1) What happens to my account during the closure period?

Please be assured that there will be no charge for the closure period and nothing needs to be done on your part.

No Autopay billing will be processed on 15 or 30 July, and billing will only be re-activated once our locations re-open.

We will process free suspension and make the necessary adjustment for all accounts to reflect the mandatory closure period.

  • Dues agreement, we will adjust your next Autopay.
  • Prepaid agreement, we will extend your expiry date accordingly

 

2) Cardholders on paid suspension

We will extend the suspension by the number of days overlapped with the closure period when we re-open.

 

3) Expiry date of packages, services and vouchers

All Personal Training, Private Yoga, PURE Nutrition, any other Private services and vouchers (nood food and PURE Apparel) will have their expiry dates automatically extended by the number of days we are closed.

But to help you get personal with your wellness, we’re also offering Online Personal Training , Private Yoga and Nutrition Consultations via our team of professionals. 

 

4) PureCast Live-Streamed Classes

For all active Cardholders  whilst our locations are temporarily closed, we have no intention of letting your yoga practice or workouts slip. Join our PureCast live-streams via Zoom during this time, free of charge. This gives you access to over 130 yoga and fitness classes per week with special talks, series and other content to boost your fitness and immunity wherever you are. Good news – PureCast classes are now available for replay for 72 hours (instead of the original 24 hours) until 15 August 2020!

PureCast access is NOT available for accounts already on suspension (paid or not) when we closed.

You can also check out our live-stream schedule on PURE Yoga and PURE Fitness Facebook pages.

Please note, our high-voltage FUZE live classes will remain on @FUZE.HK Instagram.

The live classes (excluding PureCast live-stream classes) will be uploaded to our PURE Yoga Official and PURE Fitness Official YouTube channels for anytime viewing! You may also want to check MyPUREYoga.com for complimentary access to hundreds of Yoga and Meditation videos, a pose library, interviews and other useful content.

 

5) How can I apply for additional suspension?

If you'd like to apply for additional suspension to start from the re-opening date, please take the time to read our Suspension Policy for PURE Fitness and PURE Yoga.  Whilst our locations are closed, you can send your written request by contacting us as per the instructions below. Suspension fee of HK$288 per month applies.

 

6) How can I terminate my account?

If you'd like to apply for termination, please take the time to read our Cancellation Policy for PURE Fitness and PURE Yoga.  Whilst our locations are closed, you can send your written request by contacting us as per the instructions below.

 

7) How do I contact PURE?

PURE持卡人證實確診新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)個案

在此我們祝福他們早日康復。

有關我們於7月23日(星期四)提及的PURE Yoga 旺角新世紀廣場有持卡人確診新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)個案(個案#2157,詳情如下),我們現有更多消息想與您分享。

再有兩名與該確診持卡人同住的家人(均為女性)確診。她們三人均只參與過在PURE Yoga 旺角新世紀廣場舉行的瑜伽課。

三人參與過的所有瑜伽課(詳列如下)均由同一位老師指導,而該老師接受病毒檢測後,結果呈陰性反應。

我們保證所有PURE中心均符合衛生與安全標準。但如您曾與以上確診者於接近同一時段到訪,並有任何不適徵狀,我們建議您盡快接受病毒檢測。

個案#UNKNOWN YET – FAMILY MEMBER#2 (53歲女性)證實確診。她的到訪記錄如下,她與第一位確診家人(個案#2157)參與過相同的瑜伽課,亦另外自行參與了一個在7月10日舉行的瑜伽課。

  • 7月14日 - 早上6時34分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上6時30分至8時30分)
  • 7月12日 - 早上8時49分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上9時至11時)
  • *7月10日早上6時38分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上6時30分至8時30分)

個案#2157 – 已於2020年7月23日(星期四)公布

PURE持卡人(46歲女性)於7月23日證實確診新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)。

該名確診持卡人於7月18日開始感到不適,7月21日接受病毒檢測, 7月23日證實確診。她自7月3日起只到訪過PURE Yoga旺角新世紀廣場參與瑜伽課(所有課堂均由同一名老師指導),詳情如下:

  • 7月14日 - 早上6時34分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上6時30分至8時30分)
  • 7月12日 - 早上8時55分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上9時至11時)
  • 7月8日 - 早上6時46分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上6時30分至8時30分),以及Yin 瑜伽課(早上9時05分至10時20分)
  • 7月5日 - 早上8時55分到訪,參與Ashtanga Mysore瑜伽課(早上9時至11時),以及Yin 瑜伽課(早上11時20分至12時35分)

我們證實該瑜伽老師於接受病毒檢測後,結果呈陰性反應。

我們保證所有PURE中心均符合衛生與安全標準。但如您曾與該名確診者於接近同一時段到訪,並有任何不適徵狀,我們建議您盡快接受病毒檢測。

為讓您安心,我們想告知您,所有與此個案有關的老師、職員和學生,於接受病毒檢測後,結果均呈陰性反應。

  1. 在中心關閉期間,我的合約會怎樣?

請放心,中心關閉期間並不會收取任何費用,您也無需執行任何操作。
自動轉帳將不會於7月15日或7月30日處理,我們會於中心重新開放後才會再次進行自動轉帳。

另外,我們將免費暫停合約,並對所有因中心關閉而受影響的合約進行必要的調整。

  • 每月繳費合約:我們將調整您的下一個自動轉賬
  • 預繳合約:我們將相應地延長您的合約有效期

 

  1. 我已繳付暫停合約費用,請問會否就關閉中心而對我作出費用調整或賠償?

由中心重開起計,我們會將您暫停合約的期限延長(延長天數相等於與中心關閉期間重疊的天數)。

 

  1. 有關其他通行優惠及服務,它們的到期日會有變?

所有私人訓練課程、私人瑜伽課程、營養諮詢、其他私人服務和現金券/優惠券(nood food或PURE Apparel),其到期日會自動延長,延長天數相等於中心關閉的天數。

但為了您的健康著想,我們的專業團隊亦會向您提供網上個人訓練 (ADD HYPERLINK)、私人瑜伽(ADD HYPERLINK) 及營養諮詢(ADD HYPERLINK) 。

 

  1. 我可以繼續參與網上直播課堂嗎?

現有持卡人 - 在我們的中心關閉期間,您的瑜伽及健身訓練將不會因此而停擺。您可以透過Zoom 免費參與PureCast網上直播課堂,隨時隨地觀看PureCast每星期為您提供的超過130個瑜伽和健身課程,以及特別講座和更多精彩內容。好消息由即日起至815日,我們會將重溫功能延長至72小時(有別於往常的24小時)!

如您的合約正在暫停中(無論是否付費),於此段期間您將不能使用PureCast。
