How did Jason get into this industry? He was inspired by his friends who studied overseas and came back with a completely different physique. Jason used to be overweight in high school and decided to make a change by stepping into a gym.
Jason was first exposed to bodybuilding and then he slowly became fascinated by powerlifting. He understands the importance of safety training and systematic programming and believes that consistency is the key to achieving clients’ ultimate goals.
