Jason got started in the fitness industry after being inspired by his friend who studied overseas and came back with a completely different physique. Jason used to be overweight in high school and decided to make a change by stepping into a gym.
Jason first participated in bodybuilding and slowly became fascinated by powerlifting. He understands the importance of safety training and systematic programming and believes that consistency is the key to achieving a client’s ultimate goals.
