Frankie first started working out when he was 20. It successfully pushed him out of his comfort zone and converted him to a gym addict. With a growing passion for working out, he kept exploring various fitness skills. Muscle building, weight loss, gymnastics and Spartan racing are Frankie’s areas of speciality. He believes we should always challenge our limits and that there is no greater job satisfaction than knowing you can light up someone’s life.
