Born in Hong Kong, and with sport being a big part of her life since high school, Lily’s love for exercise led her to become a personal trainer. She is enthusiastic about helping her clients to ascertain their real needs and she hopes that her expertise will inspire her clients to enjoy exercise and lead healthy lifestyles.
