Albert is a very active and disciplined person who has spent a lot of time swimming and training since 2000. During this time he was also interested in long-distance running and cycling. As such, he naturally gravitated towards competing in triathlons and aquathons (swim & run) in 2008 and placed 1st runner up in the 2011 Triathlon individual series in Hong Kong. Inspired by his experience as a triathlete, Albert strongly believes in never giving up - no matter what issues come your way! With his convictions and qualifications, he strives to influence his clients' commitment to their training and to guide them in achieving their desired goals.
