Pong started Thai boxing 7 years ago as a hobby. Since then, his overall fitness level improved – strength, flexibility, cardiovascular system and coordination. As he becomes more skilled and proficient in Thai boxing, his friends began to ask him for advices and tips. This inspired Pong to share his knowledge with others and challenge himself with competitions. He has been participated in 10 competitions so far and will continue to share his experience with all those who wants to learn Thai boxing.
