Even before becoming a Personal Trainer, Yaka has always been active. She started going to the gym at the Hong Kong College of Technology. Around the same time, Yaka discovered her interest in functional training and weight training, Pursuing this interest got her toned and strong. Since then, Yaka can’t imagine her life without exercise. She believes that everyone has the potential to be fit and healthy, and is an advocate of “healthy beauty”.
