Ken worked in the design industry for over 10 years. Sitting in an office at least 8 hours a day, he found himself developing posture and imbalance problems. It made him search for a solution to his posture problems, which included attending a personal training programme. Since then, keeping himself in shape and staying healthy drive his passion for fitness. Helping himself has also led to fulfilment from helping other people to achieve their fitness goals. Besides working out, Ken also enjoys badminton, snowboarding, kayaking and windsurfing.
