Harrison has been passionate about sports, fitness and bodybuilding since he was 14 years old. He chose to work out at the gym because he wanted to improve his vertical jump and to dunk a basketball. So in the beginning, he focused on leg training through exercises such as squat, leg extension, leg curl, dead-lift, etc. After six months, Harrison could successfully dunk a basketball. At the same time, he also became interested in bodybuilding and has been on the Hong Kong China Bodybuilding Team since the age of 18.
