Having struggled with anorexia in early adolescence, Grace experienced how proper nutritional knowledge restored her health and rebuilt her healthy mindset towards food. In her food philosophy, there’s no absolute miracle or evil food – it’s all about balancing the different kinds of nutrients that one needs. Everyone’s body reacts uniquely and requires different things, which is why there’s no one plan to fit all.
Training, on the other hand, doesn’t just build the body but also the mind. Exercise allows you to look at your body from a new perspective, whilst experiencing the joy of acquiring new skills and improving performance. Grace started weight training in 2012 and has since persisted in upgrading her knowledge and skills through continuous education in order to bring out the best in her clients and herself.
