Jay was a 130-lb young boy and his bulky body prevented him from performing well on the basketball court. This is what triggered his fitness career. A few years later, Jay gained muscle as well as knowledge and expertise. Using all that he’s acquired, he would like to help his clients to reach their fitness goals because ultimately that is why he became a PT.
