Growing up in New Zealand has given David countless exposure to sport training and activities, which include rugby, tennis, swimming and basketball. His passion from training came from a personal achievement of weight loss – from a starting weight of 140kg, he dropped 50kg to a final weight of 90kg after 7 months of hard training and intelligent diet. As a result, David began to pay more attention towards the different movement involved in day-to-day activities, which ignited his interest in the study of movement patterns to optimise training capacity and sport performance. His main motivation is – if he could get the results he did, anything is possible when you put your mind to the task at hand.
