Chris started practising Muay Thai in 2011. Since then, he’s noticed improvements in strength, flexibility, mobility, speed and agility. This changed his life and strengthened his resolve and ambition to become an experienced boxer and trainer. Later on, Chris started boxing as he wanted to improve his footwork drills. With his outgoing personality, he trains his client with passion and unwavering determination.
