Yvonne started dancing at the age of six and was determined to become a professional dancer. After graduating from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, she worked as a full-time dancer with the Hong Kong Dance Company. In 2017, she began doing Pilates and noticed how it enhanced her dancing.
Through its focus on optimum spine alignment and the use of breathing, Pilates helps to improve core strength, flexibility, coordination and balances musculature. It promotes building a long and lean physique.
