Gily is a positive, energetic person who enjoys adopting her optimistic mindset to motivate others to achieve their fitness goals. Since her early school days overseas, she has always been active in keeping her physical health and mental well-being in harmony. After her return to Hong Kong, she decided to turn her passion into her profession.
Gily is a dedicated trainer who focuses on weight loss/gain, strength, flexibility and posture correction exercises. She feels that nothing is more satisfying than witnessing a client’s confidence and strength grow on the gym floor as well as in their personal life.
