Introducing SWEAT 45, our invigorating group fitness class that combines equipment-based exercises, bodyweight challenges, and outdoor fitness activities (weather permitting) with an added element of HIIT. This 45-minute class is designed to push your limits, increase your strength, and boost your cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic workout will leave you feeling energised, accomplished, and drenched in sweat!
