After 5 fantastic years, we wanted to share with you that PURE Fitness Ocean Financial Centre will close its doors on 25 March 2022.  
  
Thank you for your loyalty, commitment and being a valued part of our community over the years. We ask for your patience as we seek a bigger and better location in the Raffles Place precinct for an experience comparable to our newest PURE Fitness locations.

1. When will PURE Fitness Ocean Financial Centre (OFC) close?

Pure Fitness Ocean Financial Centre (OFC) will be permanently closed on 25 March 2022.  

2. Why is PURE Fitness OFC closing?

Over the years, PURE has always felt the space is too small to present the full suite of PURE gym offerings that we would like.

And with consumer preference evolving in the pandemic, PURE felt it timely for this move as we seek a bigger and better location in the Raffles Place precinct to offer an experience comparable to our current portfolio of the newest PURE Fitness locations.

3. With all OFC Cardholders now switching to other PURE Fitness locations, how will this affect other locations?

Our operation hours at all PURE Fitness locations will be extended for greater booking and access flexibility and more classes will be added to the timetable.

4. I am a user of OFC. What options will be available to me?

PURE will assist Cardholders with a seamless transfer to alternative locations.

If you are a Cardholder with:

PURE Fitness Ocean Financial Centre access only

You may opt for a free transfer to another PURE Fitness location at your current monthly rate and enjoy a complimentary upgrade to All-location access for 6 months.

PURE Yoga Republic Plaza + PURE Fitness Ocean Financial Centre access

You may continue with PURE Yoga Republic Plaza and select another PURE Fitness location at your current monthly rate. This will also include a complimentary upgrade to All-location access for 6 months.

All PURE Fitness access

You may continue to use all other PURE Fitness locations at your current monthly rate, and enjoy a complimentary upgrade to All-location access for 6 months.

All PURE Yoga + PURE Fitness access

You may continue to use all other PURE Yoga and PURE Fitness locations at your current monthly rate.

5. I signed up for OFC only and another location is not convenient. What can I do?

Whilst we understand that this change is unexpected, we encourage you to choose another PURE Fitness location and continue enjoying the myriad of unique offerings at our other fitness locations with the complimentary upgrade for 6 months. If you need advice, our Customer Representative team are always happy to help.

6. I still have ProPT (or Kickboxing/Stretching/Nutrition) sessions at OFC. Will my ProPT follow me to the alternative location of my choice?

All our ProPTs who worked at PURE Fitness OFC will relocate to other fitness locations and continue helping you achieve your fitness goals. Should your ProPT not be posted to your location of choice, our team will be happy to recommend a suitable ProPT for you.

7. How will my monthly fee billing be affected?

Dues Agreement:

Your monthly fee billing will continue as usual at the current rate. There will be no change.

Prepaid Agreement:

Your Prepaid duration will continue at the current rate and its expiry will remain unchanged.

8. I have a monthly locker at OFC. How can I collect or transfer my belongings?

 If you have not collected your belongings from OFC by the closure date of 25 March 2022, they will be stored in a bag that you can collect at PURE Yoga Republic Plaza

9. If I transfer my account to another location, can I transfer my monthly locker to that location as well?

Yes. You may continue to use the locker at your location of choice at your current monthly rate.

10. I have nood food vouchers that I have not redeemed. Where can I use them?

You can redeem them at any nood food counter in our other PURE Fitness locations.
