Personal Trainers > Zul Harith
Harith is a footballer who started playing when he was 11 years old. His proudest achievement was representing his state in the national competition at the age of 18. When he had a bad fever – which turned out to be Leptospirosis – and his weight dropped, Harith started doing conditioning training. Though not fully recovered, he started seeing improvements after two weeks. As a Sports Science student, Harith devised his own 10-week training programme to re-gain his weight and strength. Within that time, he achieved his goal of increasing his weight from 55 kg to 65 kg. After the 10 weeks, his friend asked how he become so muscular and looked even better than before. This inspired Harith to start as a freelance trainer at his university. More importantly, he became a personal trainer because he wants everyone to pursue a quality lifestyle. He always reminds sedentary people to start exercising because he knows that exercise is the best medicine.
With his experience and certification in sports massage, many of Harith’s clients turn to him for rehabilitation from injury such as back pain, shoulder problems and pulled hamstrings. Harith is also experienced in sports team recovery for sports such as football, hockey, rugby and futsal.
