Personal Trainers > Joe Cheepsaritdiphong
Joseph started weight training at the age of 16 to improve his soccer performance on the field, which eventually led him to develop a passion for fitness.
Through his own personal fitness journey, Joseph developed a strong belief that exercise helps to improve an individual’s overall physical, mental and emotional health. While Joseph strives to empower his clients to gain self-assurance through fitness, he also advocates that enjoyment “is important” in a workout.
Joseph would work out all day if he could. In his free time, he enjoys researching ways to better his training and diet. Joseph is passionate about helping others, hence making him a most sought-after personal trainer.

I believe the key to achieving goals is to improve a little bit every day – it doesn’t have to be a lot, even 1% is progress – but every day and always trying to do a little better. This can be applied to anything, not just health and fitness. For example, when you want to lose weight, you have to reduce your daily calorie intake. But you don’t want to suddenly reduce a huge amount of calories – instead reduce little by little, day by day, week by week, instead of starving yourself. The same applies to weight training. Better to make a 2-lb strength increase for 50 weeks, rather than trying to do all the work in a shorter period of time. Fewer injuries and setbacks equal better progress.
