The French fitness trainer of the team, Cédric sees fitness as a careful blend of workouts, mindset, nutrition and rest, all wrapped in a bundle called “planification”. Above all, for him it’s a passion and a way to reach personal wellness. He believes that everything is achievable. Even if there are obstacles, it’s hard and necessitates going outside one’s comfort zone – if you really want something, you need to set a goal, create a plan to achieve it, and try to be the best version of yourself. When Cédric was young, he used to do a lot of skateboarding and BMX biking and even broke a few bones. At first he worked out with a physiotherapist to get back on track, then continued to train to get in shape and finally fell in love with the process! There’s always a way to surpass your limit and overcome obstacles, and Cedric will help you through this.
