After embarking on a rigorous diet, Agnes fell into a pattern of eating and purging that resulted in an unhealthy relationship with food. She began working out and going to the gym to re-gain her health and manage her weight. Since then, she's been obsessed with fitness, from circuit training to weightlifting. Agnes wanted to shape her body and stay strong, not just to be slim. Unfortunately, she was adopting incorrect techniques until she met her first Personal Trainer and began to make progress. Agnes has not only achieved a healthy weight and muscular mass from 49kg to 59kg since starting out, but she has also significantly reduced her body fat. She now has the physique that she desires and is more confident. One of Agnes’s proudest moments is competing in the SWF weightlifting tournament U59 kg and finishing 3rd in her division.
Agnes decided to become a personal trainer, assisting individuals to reach their goals in a healthy manner and sharing her knowledge with them. Her approach to training clients is to focus on progressive overload, building strength and conditioning before focusing on physique.
