Having tried a restrictive diet, Agnes went through a cycle of binging and purging that caused an unhealthy relationship with food. To re-gain her health and weight management at the same time, she introduced working out into her life and started hitting the gym. She has fallen in love with fitness ever since, from circuit workouts to weight-lifting. Not just to be lean, Agnes wanted to sculpt her body and to stay strong. Unfortunately she was using the wrong techniques until she met her first Personal Trainer and saw gradual progress. It was then that Agnes decided to become a PT, helping people to achieve their goals in healthy ways and sharing more knowledge with them.
