Originally from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and with a background in the IT industry, Ethan discovered the joy of fitness and group exercises and has been a group fitness instructor since 2005. He first completed Les Mills training in RPM and BODYBALANCE and achieved certification in BODYVIVE (now called TONE) in 2008. 

Ethan furthered his achievements by gaining full certification of STOTT Pilates in 2010 & 2011 and adding TRX in 2016. He currently continues to expand his repertoire and hopes to share his passion with everyone.
