Daniel got into the fitness industry after being motivated by a fitness influencer that he followed on social media. He wanted to look just like him. When he was 15 years old, Daniel joined a gym for the first time and was hooked from that moment on. Because it made him look good and helped him gain confidence along the way, it also served as a form of stress relief. After gaining knowledge about exercise and nutrition, Daniel went from being a skinny boy weighing 50 kg to a body weight of 73 kg with 36 kg of muscle mass. His bench press has also come a long way since the days when he struggled with an empty barbell – he now regularly presses 110 kg. His viewpoint on fitness is that it improves an individual's quality of life in numerous ways, including their posture, appearance, self-esteem and confidence.
A naturally reserved person, Daniel needed help breaking out of his shell and he found that in fitness. Because there are so many advantages to being fit, he decided to make a career out of fitness. Having witnessed first-hand the positive effects that exercise has on one's physical and mental health, Daniel decided to become a personal trainer. He believes that others will benefit by embracing the same challenges that he has in order to develop stronger minds and bodies.
