Fitness had always been a lifestyle for Moh until family and friends began seeking his advice for training tips. It was then that he realised his passion for helping others get healthier, fitter and more confident in their everyday lives. He believes that proper training techniques coupled with hard work and motivation sets a solid foundation for his clients to thrive under him.

Don’t let his short stature fool you. Since the age of 4, he has been a practitioner of silat – the traditional Malay martial art – and was competing at national youth levels before he even hit 12 years old. He went on to become one of the youngest silat trainers when he was only 14. An injury ended his competitive days and since then, he has developed a knack for getting the best out of people whom he trains.
