I have an all-rounded background in sports
and am passionate about a variety of fitness games. The tough training which my grandfather gave me was army training. He was one of the chief officers in the British army and that was where I learnt discipline and how to fight for myself to get to the right track. I was not serious about it as I was very young at that time then I got into soccer and played it for four years and played rugby for two years. I represented the Hong Kong Rugby Club in 2006. I also got into taekwondo where I completed my red belt level. After a long journey I realised that living with discipline and training hard is the way forward .From year 2004 till now I have been working hard to get into the fitness industry and becoming a qualified Personal Trainer from New Zealand(SFRITO). Helping clients to reach goals by hardwork, discipline, dedication has become part of my life now.
